Project’s rebound after Stop-Work Order
In the summer of 2025, we received a letter of support from the Ministry of Health, marking a turning point for the project — a full rebound after the earlier stop-work order. This endorsement not only reinstated confidence but also signified the Ministry’s renewed commitment to our shared goals.
By that time, we knew that the hardest period of uncertainty was behind us. The project was regaining momentum, and optimism replaced hesitation. We began to see tangible progress: the number of health consultations increased steadily, training sessions for health workers expanded, and the voucher program for assistive devices — which had only just begun — started to pick up pace, signaling a strong return to impact-driven implementation.

In June 2025, our Health and MHPSS team received a formal endorsement after several meetings with MoH officials, including senior representative of the Ministry of Health team, a deputy head of MoH, Edem Adamanov.
