Introduction to the Model Thinking
If you, like me, do not have a degree in Public Health, this is a good place to start. For many of us, Public Health Programming started in 2022. I was lucky enough to have an excellent mentor, an inspiring example of ethical leadership, and a person with a handful of experiences working in a dozen or few health emergencies.
I picked a lot from my linear monitor, Vijay Narayan, from budget management to aspects of program thinking, trying to apply new ways of looking into healthcare, and trying to see an interplay of different factors and determinants.
This course helped me broaden my view on the Health system support, it opened for an evaluation planning tool, a handy app for building your impact models and theories of change.
