Refugee

An individual forced to flee their home country due to a justified fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group, or because of external aggression, occupation, foreign domination, or events severely disrupting public order. This person cannot or will not return due to that fear and lacks protection from their home country.
