Stakeholder

Any entity, from organizations to individuals, that holds a direct or indirect interest in a humanitarian intervention, or that influences or is influenced by its execution and results. In the Quality Pro Forma framework, primary stakeholders include both beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries within the affected community.
