Post-Conflict Transition

The fragile phase after a conflict ends, when humanitarian aid remains essential and early-stage programs for disarmament, demobilization, reintegration, rehabilitation, and infrastructure reconstruction are underway. It may include a temporary handover of governmental authority to a UN transitional administration.
