Solidarités International is a humanitarian organization founded in 1980, dedicated to providing aid to populations affected by armed conflicts, natural disasters, and epidemics. Its mission is to meet the vital needs of people in crisis, focusing on access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), as well as food security and shelter. The organization operates with a commitment to impartiality, independence, and professionalism, working alongside communities to restore dignity and self-sufficiency.

In Ukraine, Solidarités International has been active since 2014, initially responding to the conflict in the eastern regions. Following the escalation in February 2022, the organization scaled up its operations significantly. Current programs include emergency WASH interventions, distribution of hygiene kits, shelter repairs, and cash assistance to support livelihoods. The organization works in frontline areas and among internally displaced persons, ensuring access to clean water and safe living conditions.

Since the full-scale war began, Solidarités International has reached over 1.5 million people with life-saving assistance. In 2023, the organization provided emergency WASH services to conflict-affected communities, repaired shelters for thousands of families, and supported local water utilities to maintain critical infrastructure. Their rapid response mechanism allows them to adapt to evolving needs, delivering aid in hard-to-reach areas near the front lines.
