SHCHEDRYK

Shchedryk is a Ukrainian non-governmental organization dedicated to humanitarian aid and sustainable development. Its global mission is to support vulnerable communities affected by conflict, natural disasters, and economic hardship, with a focus on empowering local populations through education, health, and livelihood initiatives.

In Ukraine, Shchedryk implements programs in education, health, protection, shelter, WASH, food security, and livelihoods. The organization operates primarily in eastern and southern regions, providing emergency assistance, psychosocial support, and rehabilitation of critical infrastructure.

Since the escalation of the conflict in 2022, Shchedryk has rapidly scaled up its emergency response, reaching over 100,000 beneficiaries with essential supplies, shelter repairs, and access to clean water. Its impact includes restoring schools and healthcare facilities, and supporting internally displaced persons.
