IsraAID

IsraAID is an Israeli-based non-governmental organization that mobilizes emergency medical teams and humanitarian aid to communities affected by natural disasters, conflicts, and pandemics worldwide. Founded in 2001, its mission is to provide immediate, life-saving assistance and long-term support to vulnerable populations, focusing on health, protection, and community resilience.

In Ukraine, IsraAID has been active since 2014, initially responding to the conflict in the east. Following the full-scale invasion in 2022, the organization scaled up its operations, providing emergency medical supplies, psychosocial support, and protection services. Programs include mobile health clinics, child-friendly spaces, and distribution of hygiene kits and winterization items across multiple regions.

Since February 2022, IsraAID has reached over 100,000 people in Ukraine with emergency aid, including medical evacuations, trauma counseling, and shelter repairs. The organization continues to adapt its response to the evolving needs, focusing on vulnerable groups such as internally displaced persons, the elderly, and children.
