About
IMPACT Initiatives is a Geneva-based think tank, established in 2010, that aims to improve the impact of humanitarian, stabilization, and development action through data, partnerships, and capacity building. It operates globally, providing evidence-based analysis to inform decision-making by aid actors and policymakers.
In Ukraine, IMPACT has been active since 2014, conducting multi-sectoral needs assessments, area-based assessments, and humanitarian situation monitoring. Its programs cover health, protection, WASH, shelter, livelihoods, education, food security, and logistics, supporting the humanitarian response through data collection and analysis.
Since the escalation of the conflict in February 2022, IMPACT has rapidly scaled up its operations, producing real-time assessments to inform the emergency response. Its work has directly contributed to the targeting and coordination of aid, reaching millions of affected people across Ukraine.
