I-Agency-Change is an international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing life-saving assistance and fostering sustainable development in crisis-affected communities worldwide. Guided by principles of neutrality, impartiality, and independence, the agency works to address the root causes of vulnerability and build resilience among populations affected by conflict, natural disasters, and chronic poverty.

In Ukraine, I-Agency-Change has been operational since 2014, implementing integrated programs in health, protection, water and sanitation, shelter, livelihoods, education, and food security. The organization focuses on reaching the most vulnerable populations, including internally displaced persons, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, with a strong emphasis on community-based approaches and local partnership.

Since the escalation of the conflict in February 2022, I-Agency-Change has rapidly scaled up its emergency response, providing critical medical supplies, safe water, emergency shelter, cash assistance, and psychosocial support to millions of affected individuals. The agency continues to adapt its programming to meet evolving needs, ensuring that humanitarian assistance reaches those in hard-to-reach areas and along frontlines.
