HUMEDICA

Humedica is a German non-profit humanitarian organization founded in 1979, dedicated to providing medical aid and emergency relief to people in need worldwide. Its mission is to save lives and alleviate suffering through sustainable healthcare projects, disaster response, and the supply of medicines and medical equipment.

In Ukraine, Humedica has been active since the onset of the full-scale war in 2022, focusing on emergency medical care, the delivery of essential medicines and medical supplies to hospitals and clinics, and the provision of logistical support. The organization also supports mobile medical units and rehabilitation services for war-affected populations.

Since February 2022, Humedica has delivered over 200 tons of medical aid to Ukraine, supporting more than 100 healthcare facilities. Its rapid response includes trauma care supplies, surgical materials, and psychosocial support, reaching hundreds of thousands of patients in conflict-affected regions.
