HIT

HIT (Hope International Team) is a global humanitarian organization dedicated to providing life-saving assistance and sustainable development to vulnerable communities worldwide. Founded on principles of compassion and efficiency, HIT works to alleviate suffering and promote self-reliance through integrated programs in health, protection, shelter, livelihoods, education, food security, and logistics.

In Ukraine, HIT has been actively responding to the humanitarian crisis since 2014, with a significant scale-up following the full-scale invasion in 2022. The organization operates across multiple regions, delivering emergency medical supplies, shelter repairs, winterization kits, cash assistance, and psychosocial support. HIT also supports local health facilities and coordinates with Ukrainian authorities to reach the most affected populations.

Since the escalation of the conflict, HIT has reached over 500,000 beneficiaries with critical aid, including mobile health units, trauma care, and protection services for women and children. The organization’s rapid emergency response includes logistics hubs for distributing food and hygiene items, as well as long-term recovery projects focused on rebuilding homes and restoring livelihoods.
