GPO

Global Public Organization (GPO) is an international non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development, human rights, and humanitarian assistance worldwide. Founded on principles of solidarity and community empowerment, GPO works to address the root causes of poverty and vulnerability through integrated programs that strengthen local capacities and foster resilience.

In Ukraine, GPO has been active since 2014, implementing a wide range of projects focused on health, protection, water and sanitation (WASH), shelter and non-food items (NFI), livelihoods, education, and food security. The organization operates primarily in eastern and southern regions, providing critical support to conflict-affected populations, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and host communities.

Since the escalation of the conflict in February 2022, GPO has scaled up its emergency response, delivering life-saving assistance including medical supplies, emergency shelter, cash assistance, and psychosocial support. To date, GPO has reached over 500,000 beneficiaries with integrated humanitarian aid, contributing to the resilience and recovery of war-affected communities.
