Project’s SRH Program
The SRH Program addresses the critical reproductive health needs of women and girls in six conflict-affected regions of Ukraine, where access to gynecological care remains limited. In many of these areas, over 70% of those reached by Integrated Mobile Teams (IMTs) are women and girls who often face barriers to regular health services due to insecurity, displacement, or damaged infrastructure.
The program combines specialist outreach, clinical capacity building, and community education to ensure comprehensive and inclusive SRH support:
Promoting awareness and open dialogue on sexual and reproductive health, including menstrual hygiene, contraception, and family planning, to empower communities and reduce stigma.
Supporting Ministry of Health gynecologists to join mobile teams and provide on-site consultations, diagnostics, and follow-up care for women in remote and frontline communities.
Delivering Clinical Management of Rape (CMR) trainings to healthcare workers to enhance survivor-centered care and strengthen referral pathways.
Components of the program

Supporting MoH gynecologists to facilitate screenings for breast and cervical cancer in conflict-affected communities.

Facilitating 3-day and standard 5-day CMR trainings for family doctors, gynecologists, and midwives.
