Storm

A storm is a significant atmospheric disturbance characterized by strong winds and often accompanied by precipitation, thunder, or lightning. It can range in size from small tornadoes, about 1 kilometer wide, to large extratropical cyclones spanning 2000–3000 kilometers. In specific meteorological terms, a storm also refers to winds with speeds between 48 and 55 knots, corresponding to force 10 on the Beaufort scale.
